Moving ahead with her divorce from the front man of Death Cab for Cutie?s Ben Gibbard, actress Zooey Deschanel has now officially filed papers in court, citing the couple?s split is due to irreconcilable differences. According to TMZ, Deschanel made a trip to the L.A. County Superior Court on 27th December, where she stated that the couple has been separated since Halloween of last year. Deschanel, who is also part of the indie group She and Him, requested that the court terminate the thirty-five year old Ben Gibbard’s rights to spousal support, listing her monthly income as $95,000 of which $22,550 is used for expenses each month.
