You will be?responsible to manage business relationships, to communicate service and product knowledge and to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for the organization to grow.

Responsibilities:
?
Develops a sales strategy for a targeted territory that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.?
?
Prepares action plans at customer level for effective penetration of existing and new prospects.?
?
Manages within strict sales targets and goals, developing actions plans where necessary to recover short fall.?
?
Using information and data provided, as well as self-sourced market news, manage lead development and qualifying to ensure targeted sales funnel metrics are met.?
?
Provides timely, high quality, coordination of all prospect submissions, whilst maximising profit margin.?
??
Provide a consultative solutions sales process to all prospects.?
?
Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
?
Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.?
?
Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system.?
?
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.?
?
Travel will take up 50% of your time and trave to remote locations will be required.

Skills & Requirements
?
Must be a self-starter?
?
Solutions-selling experience, preferably within both complex private sector and UN, Government sales,?
?
Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization?
?
5-7 years of experience in sales management ideally with experience dealing with military, UN or other government related organisations?
??
Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.?
?
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.?
?
Willingness to travel and work in a developing country and post conflict environments.?
?
Proven leadership and ability to drive the influencers of sales development.
